meet the founder
HI IM tAMMY bAINES THE FOUNDER OF HER.FORME. i have BEEN IN SERVICING WOMEN IN the FITNESS INDUSTRY FOR OVER 14 YEARS and running my own business for over 8 years. i am extremely passionate about inspiring and equipping women with the power to be the most confident and shiny version of themselves. I am a mumma of 5 month old maddox and he motivates me everyday to aim for longevity and happiness.
My passion comes from my own personal battles growing up with body image issues, low self esteem and toxic relationships with food. it became my personal commitment to myself to not just face my fears, but to overcome them and keep aiming higher in all that i do in life. i can advocate that growth comes from the edge of your comfort zone. I want to empower every single woman to trust themselves, believe in their own strenghts & broaden their own potential.
i have had the pleasure of working with women nursing their bodies pre & post-natally, recovering from injury, managing chronic health conditions, weightloss or toning goals, positive self image and food relationship goals, women over 50, kids, teens and female athletes ranging from bodybuilding competitors, to dancers and professional soccer players.
I am grateful to work alongside some of the coasts most trusted specialists with to ensure the best health outcomes for my clients, whether that be their womens health physio, sports physio, endocrinologist, exercise physiologist, nutritionist, naturopath, or chiropractor. I advocate a wholistic approach to health and appreciate that there is not one same solution and that no two bodies are the same.
I am passionate about nurturing the complexity of the forever fluctuating female body and approach womens goals with the intention of the best longterm health outcomes.
the complexity of bodies and womens through everchanging lifestages made me realise how prescious our bodies are and so i have continued to upskill and study the body to provide the bets quality service to my clients.
I am a final year physiotherapy student, pre/post natal certified, yoga teacher, cert III,IV & diploma of fitness qualified personal trainer, sports trainer, and pilates/boxing/cycle/seniors/kids/hydrotherapy instructor. My career ambitions are to become a womens health physiotherapist post graduation.
my own fitness journey involes travelling the world representing australia as a natural professional bikini athlete, premier league soccer, latin dance, yogi, weightlifting, crossfit, running.. the list goes on. at the end of the day for me its about listening to what my body needs at the present stage of my life, physically & mentally, without judgement.
